Great products and services start with deep understanding of customer needs. Being the first person for customer to engage with, the Customer Specialist is our brand ambassador. We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, tech-savvy, and hard-working individual to join the team to educate and support customers throughout their journey with Cronumax. The ideal candidate has a passion for automation and the ability to create exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Excite, engage and educate prospective and current customers through calls, emails or text and outbound events to educate them about Cronumax’s product and service offering, and answer their questions
  • Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales process, as well as continued support
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales by achieving and exceeding individual Sales and KPI targets
  • Provide feedback to the team on existing products and prototypes of future products
  • Analyze and channel customer feedback to the team on existing products and services
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

Requirements

  • University graduate in any discipline or sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals. Fresh graduate is also welcome
  • Curious, positive, enthusiastic and passionate about technology and automation, and eager to share that passion with others
  • Demonstrate a mastery of all Cronumax products and services. Keep up with automation industry trends and local incentives
  • Able to understand and convey business requirements and technical concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Your work hours will be based on your availability and business needs and may vary week to week
