We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, tech-savvy, and hard-working individual to join the team to educate and support customers throughout their journey with Cronumax. The ideal candidate has a passion for automation and the ability to create exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Excite, engage and educate prospective and current customers through calls, emails or text and outbound events to educate them about Cronumax’s product and service offering, and answer their questions
- Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales process, as well as continued support
- Provide feedback to the team on existing products and prototypes of future products
- Analyze and channel customer feedback to the team on existing products and services
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
Requirements
- University graduate in any discipline or sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals. Fresh graduate is also welcome
- Curious, positive, enthusiastic and passionate about technology and automation, and eager to share that passion with others
- Demonstrate a mastery of all Cronumax products and services. Keep up with automation industry trends and local incentives
- Able to understand and convey business requirements and technical concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Your work hours will be based on your availability and business needs and may vary week to week

Description
With constant design iteration and user feedback on product side, and mounting engineering demand on service side, the software team is crucial. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated software engineer to join the team to ensure swift response to ideas without compromise in security or quality. The ideal candidate wants to solve big problems, enjoys working in an agile and dynamic multi-functional team, and wants to make a huge impact in automation.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team on iterating the design of existing products, and building proof of concept for future products
- Develop, enhance and maintain customer systems
- Debug issues with our products or customer systems, identify the root causes, and fix them
- Explore new technology, evaluate its potential and elaborate to the team in order to bring our products and services to the next level
Requirements
- BS CE/CS or proof of exceptional skills in related fields, with practical software engineering experience
- Strong coding skills in one or more programming language such as C++, Python, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin or Java
- Experience with frameworks such as Flutter, Django, React or Spring
- Knowledge of ORMs (Object-Relational Mapping) like Postgres, AWS
- Comfortable working with Docker and in a Linux environment
- Curious, passionate in technology and automation
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fresh graduates with established portfolio are welcome
